Lumins is an automation, integrations, and artificial intelligence systems company. For purposes of this policy, lumins.pro is operated under the Lumins business name by 63.051.845 LETICIA SILVA SOARES, registered in Brazil under number 63.051.845/0001-26 and located in São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil.
Leticia Silva Soares is the responsible party and may be contacted about privacy at privacy@lumins.pro.
2. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to people who:
- visit the Lumins website;
- send messages through its forms;
- contact Lumins by email, WhatsApp, or another available channel;
- request proposals or information;
- express interest in Lumins services;
- interact with company campaigns, pages, or content.
Processing related to contracted projects may also be addressed in contracts, proposals, or specific project documents.
3. Information we may collect
Information you provide
- name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- company name and website;
- job title or business area, when provided;
- preferred contact method;
- information about processes, tools, and operational needs;
- files you voluntarily attach;
- the content of messages and requests.
Please do not send sensitive information, third-party confidential information, passwords, or account credentials through website forms.
Information collected during website use
Depending on your cookie preferences, we may collect IP address, access date and time, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, traffic source, interactions, cookie identifiers, and technical error and performance information.
4. How information is used
Lumins may use personal information to:
- respond to messages and requests;
- review needs and recommend an initial path;
- prepare proposals;
- make the first contact through the channel selected in the form;
- provide services and meet contractual obligations;
- protect the website, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors;
- understand website performance with analytics consent;
- measure campaigns and conversions with advertising consent;
- comply with legal obligations and exercise legal rights.
Form information is not automatically reused for newsletters, promotional campaigns, advertising lists, or recurring commercial communications. Any future marketing consent will be separate, optional, unchecked by default, specific, recorded, and revocable.
5. Legal grounds
Depending on applicable law and context, processing may be based on consent, steps taken before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment or defense of legal rights, or legitimate interests after considering the individual's rights and reasonable expectations.
When processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that lawfully occurred before the change.
6. Forms and communications
When you submit a form, you allow Lumins to use the information provided to review your request and contact you through your selected channel. If you later start a conversation through another channel, Lumins may respond there.
Submitting a form does not automatically create a contractual relationship or guarantee project acceptance. Information may be recorded in email and organization tools needed to respond, prepare proposals, and follow up on the specific request.
Forms are processed by Web3Forms and forwarded to hello@lumins.pro. Currently, only Leticia Silva Soares has access to received messages.
7. Sharing information
Lumins may use providers required to operate the website, including Hostinger for hosting, Web3Forms for form processing and delivery, an email provider, Google Fonts for typography, and the unpkg/Lucide CDN for icons on specific pages.
Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are configured through Google Tag Manager and may receive events only after the corresponding consent. Providers receive only the information necessary to perform their functions and are subject to their own terms and policies.
Lumins does not sell personal information and does not send form content to analytics or advertising platforms.
8. International transfers
Some technology providers may store or process information outside Brazil or your country of residence. When transfers occur, Lumins seeks to use established providers and mechanisms consistent with applicable data protection requirements.
9. Retention and deletion
Requests that do not become a project are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact. Spam and abusive requests are deleted when identified or within 90 days at most.
When a request results in an engagement, necessary records become part of the project documentation and are retained for contractual purposes and applicable legal obligations. Information may later be deleted, anonymized, or retained only when a valid legal reason applies.
Deletion requests may be sent to privacy@lumins.pro. Identity will be verified proportionately before applicable records are located and deleted or anonymized.
10. Security
Lumins uses administrative and technical measures appropriate to the size of its operation and the nature of the information processed. Access to current requests is limited to the business owner.
No internet-connected system is completely free from risk. Report possible vulnerabilities or incidents to privacy@lumins.pro.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation and access, correction, deletion, anonymization or restriction when applicable, information about sharing, portability when applicable, withdrawal of consent, review of automated decisions, objection, and deletion of information processed with consent, subject to legal exceptions.
Lumins may request additional information strictly necessary to verify your identity and protect information from unauthorized access.
12. Children
Lumins services are intended for businesses and professionals. The website is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children. If such information is improperly submitted, Lumins may take steps to remove it.
13. Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files or identifiers stored on or accessed from your device while you browse. Lumins uses three categories:
Necessary cookies
These remain active to support navigation, security, forms, visual theme, and storage of consent choices.
Analytics cookies
These are off by default. After consent, they may help understand pages visited, traffic source, interactions, and technical information. Technology: Google Analytics 4.
Advertising cookies
These are off by default. After consent, they may help measure campaigns and conversions. Technology: Meta Pixel.
14. Google Analytics and Consent Mode
The implementation uses Google Consent Mode. analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization start as denied before Google Tag Manager loads.
Google Analytics 4 does not receive events before analytics consent. When authorized, conversion events contain only the technical event name, page without URL parameters, page language, generic form type, selected contact method, and, when applicable, recommended package. Name, email, phone, message, company, submitted URL, and attachments are not sent.
15. Meta Pixel
Meta Pixel does not load before advertising consent. When authorized, it may receive only non-identifying technical information equivalent to that described above. Form content is not sent.
16. Managing your preferences
During your first visit, you can accept all categories, reject nonessential cookies, or manage each category separately. Optional categories are never selected by default.
You may review your choice through the button. Withdrawal prevents new loads of the related tags, updates Consent Mode, and removes known cookies from these technologies where technically possible.
17. External links and services
The website may include links to social networks, messaging services, and other websites. Lumins does not control their privacy practices. Review the relevant platform's policy before providing information.
18. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, services, tools, responsible business, or applicable law. The current version will be published here with its effective date.
When a material change affects consent choices, the consent record version will be updated and the banner will be shown again.
