3. Acceptance of these Terms

Using the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy and Cookie Policy. Additional conditions for specific features, products, or services also apply. A formally approved agreement or proposal controls with respect to a contracted project.

Prices, conditions, included items, and package descriptions are informational and may represent starting prices or reference configurations. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • complexity and number of steps;
  • required integrations, tools, and data volume;
  • artificial intelligence use and interface requirements;
  • timeline, testing, support, and documentation;
  • project-specific requirements.

The approved commercial proposal will govern the engagement.

11. Artificial intelligence and automation

The website may present examples of systems, automation, assistants, and artificial intelligence applications. Results may vary based on data quality, context, instructions, settings, tool limitations, vendor changes, and the need for human review.

Material changes to contracted services will be governed by the applicable proposal or agreement.

14. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the following are owned by Lumins or used with authorization:

  • design, illustrations, interfaces, animations, and graphic elements;
  • materials, documents, videos, presentations, and templates;
  • proprietary code and components;
  • examples of flows and systems.

Access does not transfer intellectual property rights. You may not copy, sell, license, distribute, reproduce, adapt, publish, or commercially exploit these elements without prior written authorization.

You may share public links and quote limited portions for legitimate purposes, provided that the source is identified and the content is not presented misleadingly.

15. Lumins Ready and digital products

If Lumins makes templates, manuals, ready-made flows, documents, videos, or other digital products available, additional conditions may be presented on the sales page or during purchase. Unless expressly authorized, purchase grants a limited license for personal or internal business use.

The buyer may not resell or redistribute the material, publicly share access files, sublicense it, publish the complete content, create a competing copy, remove authorship notices, or present it as their own work.

Installation, support, updates, cancellation, and refund conditions will be stated in the terms applicable to the product.

16. Educational and informational content

Articles, examples, guides, and materials are general and informational. They do not replace legal, accounting, or financial advice, medical guidance, security audits, regulatory analysis, or a project-specific technical assessment. Consult the appropriate professional before making significant decisions.

Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, the courts located in São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil, will have jurisdiction over matters related to these Terms.

25. General provisions

If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. These Terms do not create a partnership, agency, employment relationship, franchise, or exclusivity arrangement.
